Basic skills like walking or running can be master in different ways and knowing them can help the children to understand where is his body in the environment and also how can use them in daily basis.
Those skills also give to them the control of their bodies and the confident to do more activities in order to learn sports in later years.
We practice since the beginning of the class all variety of activities, movements and endurance games, patterns with parts of the body and even mimic the way that animals moves to generate in the children the control in different ways of their body.
January was challenging, came back from the holidays was not easy but the children were able to reach again the level of fitness with no problem.
From now on we are looking forward to be ready for summer!!
